There are many good resources and learning materials online to help with various aspects of producing music. Although it's a little bare right now, this list will be added to over time. Andi Vax Mixing Secrets - Great videos on mixing and mastering electronic music. Even though he is using Cubase, the principles are easily adapted to whatever software you use.

Cubase tutorials @ MakeTunes.com - Some handy tutorials here, mostly focusing on getting Cubase going initially and starting to produce. If you are just getting started with music production, or just getting into Cubase, these are handy videos.

Ableton.com Tutorials - Even though some of these are old, there are some handy tutorials, as well as a link to the wealth of information that is the Ableton forums.

Tom Cosm - Tom has lots of great tutorials, videos and information on both producing music in Ableton and also playing live sets. Lots of valuable information here and very much worth checking out if you use Ableton.
